Carafaat Posted April 2, 2013 The Federal goverment of Somalia should take an example from the Somaliland goverment and ignore all Clan conferences. Somaliland had its fair share of clan conferences the last couple of years. The best thing the goverment should do is ignore it! But Kismayo and Jubbaland have moved on, Jubbaland state was born today and the government will be formed in few weeks time. Progress made, wonderful!
