Right on dheh! The PM argues the Jubaland creation process is unconstitutional and then goes ahead and appoints governors. What he doesn’t know is the Somali Federal consititution is very specific about who should appoint governors, the people. If they couldn't stop the resolve of the MPs of reer Gedo who are in Mogadishu, how on earth are they going to be able to halt any progress made in a far land specially in Jubbaland. Poor Culusow he's too weak, corrupt and clanist.
