I was correct that he wanted to establish that for for the 11 middle and southern regions when he came to office i said the President needs the resources and man power to have a strong entity in southern and central Somalia Where the foundation of the Somali state will re emerge. This clears everything for those who thought that the President wanted to create lose federal states in south and central Somalia.
