About 30-25 villages come under it. Caynabo is a different district called Saraar/Caynabo in western Sool populated by the SNM folks.

SNM folks is the least populated region in Somaliland of the former 5.

Saalax, I thought you was talking about the original regions. If you are counting the new regions different regional administrations created, then I see no reason as to why you would ignore the region of Cayn whose capital is Buuhoodle, the city of poets in the land of darwiishs

I am talking about the original regions. In the original regions Caynabo not to be confused

with Cayn(Buhoodle) is part of Sool , meanwhile Buhoodle and Oodweyne are part of Togdheer.

Different districts different regions. In that respect Buhoodle is the seat of the reer Oodeed Garaad

group but in the wider scale of things it is not very significant district in Togdheer due to its small landmass.

That has nothing to do with significance but the fact it was the place where terrorist activities were

being organized. All in all it has no economic or land significance to Togdheer, you can see

that by how well Togdheer administration functions in the land.

They have been muted for a while, realizing it was unrealistic to carry on fighting when money and men are on the

side of Somaliland. Buhoodle people lost many men from the same sub sub group and they felt it was unfair

how they were losing men while those of their eastern Sool kins were watching by relaxing, finally

they started to smart up and laid down arms.
