Not sure why you are referring to him. the PM is a national leader he can stay in Kismayo as long as he wants, while he is in there he deserves from the locals to treat him and his office the respect they deserve. But if you are talking about Kismayo and its local politics , dont worry it will sure exercise its constitutional rights to the letter , .
