THEN, in the midst of the celebrations and as the happy people of Jubbaland began to rejoice, Barre Hirale detonated himself BANG in the middle of it all. The number of casulties has not been counted so far but sources in SOL tell us that Xiin has been heard screaming (not sure if it's the joy or the pain). N.O.R.F Posted May 17, 2013 Last year it was all about Somalia's sovereignty, reconciliation and the passing of a draft constitution before it could be debated/reviewed. This year its all about Madoobe who is backed by Kenya on something that is divisive for Somalis based on a weak constitution the government is now using to oppose the whole thing!
