On another note, they think HAG will grant them secessionism. Didn't they hear about the former SNM mujahid's story? He visited Xamar in the early 1990's and was stopped at a local isbaaro. He was asked his clan identity, "Dee ******ta ma ahi mujaahid SNM ah baan ahay" he said. The M00ry@an dude at the isbaaro told him "Adaa ka liito ******ta sababtoo ah wadankaad rabtaa inaad kala jar to, adeer soo leexo.ogowna midnimada Somalia waa muqaddas!". The former mujahid was shocked LOL.

Zack, it doesnt make sense to appoint a permanent administration for Jubbaland, if parts of the region are still occubied by Al Shabaab. So the PM is correct to appoint a temporary administration for the region.

 

P.S. Nobody is against Jubbaland regional admin or State, but it is the responsibility of the FG to coordinate this.

Let's go back to the transitional status, it is not right to get out of it because some parts of the country are occupied by Al-Shabaab. Don't you think that's a little bit too late? Why didn't they try to do that when the city was freed? When you have a government that is reactionary you have the recipe of a failed government.

Jubbaland will never come into fruition. Half the people there are against it.

 

Jubbaland dream is older than Jesus himself. It's a disney-land project. It's not on the ground at all. It is only on DAG clan websites.

 

It find it ironic the same people who call Somaliland "fake" and "non-existing" are the same people who come from this "Jubbaland".

 

"Jubbaland" is 50% Al-Shabab where Middle Jubba is 100% controlled by Shabab. There shouldn't be any talks of Jubbaland permanent administration or even a temporary administration before Shabab is eliminated from those areas.

 

What also irritates me is how people from Bosaso and Abudwaq are trying to get representation in Jubbaland and are DENYING the Bantu of the Jubbas and the two native Jubba HAG clans any representation in Jubbaland. This is why Jubbaland won't work. It is not a local organization. It is just another clan wet dream organization.

Are you willing to apply the same logic on current admin in Mogadishu since large swaths of South Somalia is controlled by AS and the rest is under recovery areas like SL? Should folks deny support to Mogadishu admin and wait till it gets all these territories under its column?

 

Don't worry awoowe Kismayo is a Somali city and if it gets a government chosen by its residents it will become another stable region under Mogadishu central government's column. I just don't understand why folks are adamant in supporting policies that are diametrically against their interest. Do they really want to be governed from the center via dictats?

 

The minute Mogadishu admin start playing clannish games then you create a lose lose situation where foreign entities arm and support locals through proxy. You can't defeat them becuase they have the numbers, the resolve and the support of foreign neighboring state. AS also wins by default as the heat on them shifts.

If you listened to hassan sheikh when he was in London Chatham House he clearly said Federalism doesn't mean to clans uniting it means regions forming larger blocks And that's why you are hearing now that the Prime Minister Mr saacid farax wants to establish a provincial administration before the larger communities can come together in the near future and establish a larger federal state.
