I'd do what many have said here.

 

1. Create a large conversation area in my home region.
2. Invest in a container port, airport and industrial town.
3. I'd invest in core industries, and raise their standards to world class.
4. Build a hospital and school in each regional town, and clinics in villages.
5. Fund any road project that would have a good impact on the economy.

 

I'd probably keep a fraction for myself, maybe 10%.
