The problem is most of the properties abandoned in Mogadishu have been sold and re-sold several times in the past two decades. Some of the beneficiaries are already living in Northern Europe and other parts of the western world and some have created businesses from the illegal sales. Even if we go back to claim them, current ''owners'' did buy these properties. Such a mess.

No such thing as Booli Qaran, that's an excuse to rob people and keep the loot. If as suggested Xoosh has benefited from the late Barre regime then this must be verified and proper investigation carried out and everything needs to be through legal means. You can't rob people and accuse them at the same time to justify you robbery. If Somalia is to move forward from the old dark days which this government claims to be facilitating then everything need to be transparent, orderly and with the law.

 

 

All this Booli Qaran excuse against Xoosh is just a mere allegations and nothing proven. And if, let for sake of argument say this was Booli Qaran (which is not proven yet) then it belongs to the Qaran and the whole Somali people so why take it away from one man and let other individuals keep it. The whole thing waxaa kasoo uraysa robbery and mooriyaanimo - Muqdisho style. Its nothing but pure looting incorp. and institutionalization and legalization of robbery.
