New Chinese president promises 'Chinese dream'.

First there was the American dream, and now, there is the Chinese dream.

 

China leaders vow fairness, frugality as nation strives for 'Chinese dream'.

 

Hong Kong (CNN) -- President Xi Jinping promised citizens his government will pursue the "Chinese dream," in a keynote speech as the National People's Congress came to a close on Sunday.

The American dream was a big lie as the African Americans, native Indians, and many others just saw nightmares instead, but I am sure the Chinese dream will be realised by hundreds of millions.

It wasn't really a lie, but it has ran it's course. A lot of people (including Somalis) have achieved the American dream and become really successful in whatever they pursuit to do. China isn't as multi cultural as the U.S, so i don't see many foreigners thriving for the 'Chinese dream'.

The american dream was never intended for natural born citizens of the U.S, it was used to recruit the brightest minds from around the world (typically Europe in the past) just as it is used today. There's a reason why immigrant groups have the highest incomes and levels of educational attainment in the United States.
