Well galmudug cannot form a state with the Puntians, and certainly not with ximan iyo xeeb and now that ASWJ no longer exist it will be very hard.It seems that clan federalism will be very hard to implement we see it in the lower Jubba we see it in Galmudug.

The Hag societies of the central provinces should iron out their petty differences and form a unified regional state: But then again, they are busy occupying the lands of the southern minorities to even remember from where they are from and supposed to build.

 

I think a new lesson on how to be civilized human beings is in order, and PM Saacid might just become the teacher they so desperately need.

Mooge .. that is clearly a typo but for the record this news article is full of misinformation .. for example . " maamulkan oo dhisan muddo afar sano" when in fact Galmudug State was built in 2006 august.

Galguduud and hiiraan and southern mudug can form a HAG clan state. But it seems they cant unite that is their biggest problem. The habr Gangster community is deeply divided. And the hiiraan clan doesn't want to share a state with the rest of the HAG but them selves and even the hiiraan community is divided and want to divide the hiiraan region into 2 .

I am not worried at all. I think what has transpired in Puntland is a great news for federalism. The federal government has been busy trying to redefine what federal means for Somalia's various political stake holders but in the end they come to a realization that Somalia cannot afford going back on the road map agreement that resulted in the election of Hassan Sheekh.

 

As a result of that, Abdiqaybdiid has been instructed to look for a regional partner in order to meet the federal criterion.
