Alpha Blondy Posted March 13, 2013 does a balanced Somali diet exist? Somali food is everything but balanced ma istidhi? it's terrible, boring, repetitive and isn't exactly healthy. i'm sick of eating the same stuff every day..... except Friday's where i always have my special qado...... i created this thread in the hope we could share ideas on how to maintain a balanced somali diet. if you could also post what you eat on a regular basis, that'll be useful.
