Back in the days warlords used to behave like this but now the troops of Somalia behave like this. I Think its now really part of the culture. Sulleiman The Great Posted March 13, 2013 giving undisciplined salary soldiers weapons, and you will seed hatred and mistrust ,just look at somaliland they still have post traumatic stress over events that took place 20 years ago ( as they right fully should), I would say punish these men lower their ranks, but we all know that's not going to happen, one must learn to crawl before they can walk, if they are not killing and raping the living, I suppose disrespecting the dead, can be for the time being swept under the rug.
