xiin inaadeer it's bilateral work between Galmudug Authority and Government of Puntland. You're aware that Puntland has great influence in Galkayo such as control of the Airport, the Northern and Southern entrances to the city which are manned by heavy Puntland forces.

 

It has great Security and Intelligence presence in the city that are more sophisticated than Galmudug's Authority. They can deem what kind of dangers the PM could be in southern Galkyo where the situation is more fluid.

 

Everywhere the PM traveled to in the central regions he had Amisom forces but those aren't present in Galmudug Authority hence Puntland taking control of the PM's security, which was designed in the first place. It's them that changed his location as they could better secure the PM's well-being in North Galkayo than in southern Galkayo.

actually that would be hargaysa it wasnt long ago when lives were lost over land grabbing in the city by the ruling clan in the triangle, and even before that wasn't there a scandal over the distribution of UN food aid that left man orphans. I would say get your house in order before you intrude on the affairs of others, just friendly advice.

Hargeysa is unite it has one mayor one governor one deputy mayor ofcourse there are problems in every city and riots but Hargeysa is not divided by a green line like Galkacyo. Land grabbing by the ruling class what are you on about this is not Somalia. Galkacyo is a divided city when it comes to administration when it comes to clan deal with.

a unity of a city cannot be judge based on who its mayor is it was that far a go that the clan of the mayor and the resident in hargeysa were shooting at it each and you might say this inst somalia but to the rest of teh world it is, galkacyo as a city name is shared true but galkacyo as a city is not shared, one can say the small band of house south of the city is part of the city, but others would make the counter argument that they are an entirely different region under the administration of a different state, galkacyo in all honesty is a united under the administration of PL, and its has its ups and down just like any city in somalia, I.e hargaysa, bosaso, kismayo, mugdishu .
