Samafal Posted March 7, 2013 I don't see any change this resolution will bring. Somalis had always access to light weapons through Ethopia and Eriteria. However, I hope Hassan Culusoow gives priority to integrating different militias, training, capacity enhancement and paying their salaries on regular basis. That would ensure that rogue militias don't sell their weapons to likes of Alshabab and warlords.

NGONGE Posted March 7, 2013 ^^ I usually don't. But a quick process of deduction tells me the word Sayid used there is actually three in one; bir-ma-goyso. I know that bir means metal and understand that the use of "ma" there means "does not" and know that goyso is related to the action of "cutting" something. Which finally leads me to conclude that Sayid just called me Superman. (even if I'm wrong, there is nothing at all wrong with my "workings", miss).
