Somalia has a real president for the First time

I was watching President hassan sheikh on TV qatar special lecture , the man is charismatic and knows what he is talking about i think Somalia after a long period of civil war it has a President with a plan. Now ofcourse many would say its just talk and we still haven't seen anything special so far but what i want to say is , Somalia for the first time a leader that walks acts talks as a President and not as a warlord and that its self is a huge achievement.
