Che -Guevara Posted February 24, 2013 Dowladda Soomaaliya oo ka gaabsatey in ay ka jawaabto codsi Shirka Jubbooyinka looga diray ON FEBRUARY 23, 2013 Guddiga kumeelgaarka ah ee Jubada Hoose ayaa horey u sheegay in 23/2/2013 uu furmaayo shirkii ka talinta aayaha Jubbooyinka, isla markaana lagu dhisaayo maamul ay yeshaan gobolada Jubbooyinka ayaa dib u dhac ku yimid. Afhayeenka guddiga qabanqaabada shirka Macalim Max’ed Ibraahim oo shalay saxaafadda la hadley ayaa si rasmi ah u sheegay in shirkii dhici lahaa maanta oo Sabti ah dib u dhacay, sababaha ugu weyn ee uu dib u dhacaas ku sheegay in warqad casumaad ah oo rasmi ah ay u direen Dowladda Federaalka in ay shirka ka soo qaybgasho oo guddoomiso, taas oo aysan ka helin wax jawaab ah ayuu yiri. Macalim Max’ed Ibraahim ayaa sheegay in ay ka war-sugayaan jawaabta dowladda isla amrkaana ay ku rajo weyn yihiin in ay ka soo jawaabaan codsigooda shirkuna furmo, mana aanu sheegin xilliga rasmiga ah ee uu dib ugu dhacay shirka. Dowladda Federaalka Soomaaliya ayaan ku qanacsaneyn in maamul ka dhexeeya labada Jubbo iyo Gedo la dhiso, waxaana ay doorbidayaan in gobolkasta maamul kumeel-gaar ah oo ay iyagu soo magacaabaan u sameeyaan, taas oo dadka deegaankaas iyo weliba dowladihii ku kaalmeeyey in meelaha qaarkood al-Shabaab laga saaro ay ka soo horjeedaan Shirka la iclaamiyay in 23-ka bishan oo ku beegan maanta lagu qabto Kismaayo ayaa waxaa horay uga horyimid Siyaasiyiin iyo waxgarad kasoojeeda Jubbooyinka oo codsaday in dib loo dhigo Dowladdana ugu baaqay inay soo farageliso islamarkaana wax badan ay u sinnaadaan maamulka Jubbooyinka beelaha wada dega deegaannadaasi. Dhismaha maamulka Jubbaland ee hoostaga Dowladda Federaalka ayaa noqdey tijaabo lagu eego in Dowladda Federaalku diyaar u tahay dhismaaha maamul goboleedyada iyo in ay dooneyso dowlad dhexe oo goboladu hoostagaan isla amrkaana cirka u laaleysa in goboladu dhistaan dowladdu ay ku mideysan yihiin taas oo dastuurku siinayo. The government didn't accept or decline the invitation to attend the conference in Kismaayo. They could have released press release or something but decided to basically ignore and keep quiet. Isn't aamusnaanta a form of acceptance dee And when hell breaks loose, the PM, not the president, writes to Kismaayo telling them to see them in his office. Why not publicly say a word or two about the dire situation in Kismaayo or the reasons behind ignoring the initial invitation? What an incompetent government you have in Villa Somalia. nuune Posted February 24, 2013 Jacphar, true, the government didn't hande this whole affair from the start, to today, what we are seeing is competing dawacooyin qaad ka wada dhargey. Having read all the Kismaayo threads posted today, what a SAD story, spotted a lot of Solers ooba ku raaxeesanooyo waxa socdo, kuwaa waxaaba ka sii daran some Solers oo isku dirka ay wadaan aad la yaabi, by saying, ooh, qabiilkaaga waa laga adkaadey mac sonkor and similar comments, that is so LOW wallaahi. I don't think in maskax hagaagsan waxaas qoreyso, unles ay tahey maskax fiiqan oo qadaadka ka duleesho.
Che -Guevara Posted February 24, 2013 lol@Nuune Jacpher........Those spearheading the Jubba are not anymore competent than the Federal Government. All of this could have been avoided if the Jubba Group engaged the government from get-go. And for protocol sake if not anything else, appoint working committee that harmonizing the details with the Parliament, the President's Office and Prime-Minister's office. The idea that the Federal Government has no role in setting up these administrations is simply childish. The Federal Government on its part should have clarified its stance and set up its own committee to work with the stakeholders in the region. These issues are complicated and only comprehensive solutions including all stakeholders can make lasting change. You can see shalay dadkii antagonizing the Government are killing each other now. And on SOL, my qabiil is more powerful than yours is the mantra.
Carafaat Posted February 24, 2013 The goverment is right to ignore this whole Jubba Conference, which is nothing more then settlers and their Kenyan army dividing the region. As it looks now the settlers are fighting eachother, and hopefully foreign army will soon go back to Kenya and Ethiopia, clan federalism dies, so a real admin can be appointed for the diffrent Provinces of Jubbada Hoose, Jubada dhexe and Gedo. Waranle_Warrior Posted February 24, 2013 The PM is becoming a good puppet, and rather an unintelligent puppet, you are invited to Kismayo and so you must invite them to Mogadishu too - what a classic stup1dity given that they didn't even respond to the first invite from Ahmed Madobe. This government is just looking for trouble and instability in the region. But what Hassan Culusow and his puppet PM are forgetting is that people have vehemently denied that Kismayo and Jubbaland will not be controlled or run from Mogadishu. Any initiative that creates an admin or sincerely wishes to bring a lasting peace to Jubbaland should be done in Jubbaland with and amongst the locals, not in Mogadishu. Naxar Nugaaleed Posted February 24, 2013 if this letter is really from the office of the pm, I've really should've really paid attention to all those silly posts about what a doqon the pm is. Good God! here hoping this is some false bs

The PMs invitation isn't bad but what terrible timing. This invite should have been sent out in September/October, not now.
Waranle_Warrior Posted February 24, 2013 ^Its not only the time, or the tone that's not helping, or that they have already angered the current men who fought hard to get these regions cleared of Alshabaab and men who are paying a great deal of wealth and all this efforts and energy, touring the two Jubba's and Gedo collecting delegates, and yet the PM, the President and the whole government ignored them and didn't even bother to respond. How do you think the current organisers of the conference would feel and respond? That all is just nothing but what adds injury to insult is, Gogosha Kismayo iyo Jubbaland loogu dhisaayo Maamul ineey taalo Xamar??? WTF, where are we? Ma barigii kalitalisnimada ayaa lajoogaa? Xamar maxaa laga sameenaa ama Maamulka Kismaayo loo sameeynaayo maxaa Xamar kagalay? R/Wasaraha matagi karo miyaa Kismaayo, Madaxwaynaha Kismayo matagi karo miyaa? Maxee utagi waayeen magaalada waaba la martiqaadayee oo haduu problem jiro u address gareenwaayeen. WTF? Waxbaa isqabsan lahaa, I don't know something going down under, kolay salaadu meel ayay kaxirmi la'dahay
