Ibtisam Posted February 14, 2013 I think it is a good move. The former governor of Togdheer, who has now been moved to Boorame, left Burco in 1972, when he came became back from the UK and elected for Burco- he said I had to re-learn everything- people and place. In his own words "I will just have to the do the same again now for Booram" I think it will address the issues of corruption (particularly in shared cities) where there are always complaints that projects were misdirected to clan relatives. Also in the interest of fairness and nationalism rather than this all region region nonsense. We should move people around too and mix them up- it will speed up integration a little bit and force people out of their comfort zone of clans men.
