Madaxweynaha Puntland Dr.Cabdiraxman Maxamed Farole ayaa galabta 27 January,2013 waxa uu soo kormeerey Dhismaha Xarunta madaxtoyada Qardho oo shaqadu ka socoto.

 

Xarunta degmada Qardho ee gobolka Karkaar ayuu ka soo horjeedaa goobta laga wado shaqada Madaxtoyada cusub ee magaalada Qardho ,waxana ay mareysaa meel wanaagsan.

 

Wafdiga madaxweynaha iyo masuuliyiinta gobolka Karkaar ayaa ku kala warqaatey ka hor intaanu madaxweynuhu u soo caraabin dhanka Garowe isagoona duhurnimadii maanta ka soo kicitimey Bossaso.
