So what are the ranks? Same as the old Somali Republic ones?

The Suldaan was unhappy because he believed the ranking was not being done efficiently

^^ You do know it took Somaliland 22 years to rank its armed forces this was thought of and measured on how it would be done correctly. Its just an insult if you try compare this process with what the warlords down south have been doing.

Sultan Mahamed Sultan Cabdiqadir believes officers from particular clans have been disadvantaged in the process of ranking.
