2003 Somaliland Elections: Roble Michael Maryamo

Ahmed Mahamed Mahamud (Siilaanyo) and Faisal Ali Warabe both look young and skinnier than now. Edna Aden looks just about the same. There seems to be less cars then on the streets than now (2012). Was this the first Multi-Party election held in Somaliland?

How did this changes came about in less than 10 years?
