oba hiloowlow Posted December 15, 2012 ''UNDP Somalia Country Director David Clapp moved to Mogadishu on 2 December 2012, to spearhead UNDP's efforts to engage with the Somali authorities and people. This is the first step in relocating the whole UNDP Somalia office to the capital in 2013 and 2014. Mr Clapp is the first UNDP Country Director to be living in Somalia since 1993. The move is symbolic of a positive change for the war-torn country - 2012 has witnessed the end of transition, improvements in the security situation and the formation of a new federal Parliament and Government in Somalia.'' Puntland and Somaliland offices will under come this one.

Alpha Blondy Posted December 15, 2012 i highly doubt this to be case but in any case its often the big international aid agencies who continue to promote dualism and regional inequalities. let them politically appease their partner government and its regional satellites like the SNM criminal regime and that kleptocracy oo isku sheegta 'puntlandi'! khaatumo is working to develop its own capacities without the deeqbixiyasha!
