I saw this the other day it seems that Ethiopia is not that much interested in Jubbaland they are with Kenya what ever they do how ever they don't want to lose hassan sheikh as a partner so he also believes the president has a say in whats going on Kismayo. He also said he believes in all inclusive state for jubbaland. On the ONLF he is trying to divide the ONLF into 2 factions one that is supposed to be pro Ethiopia and the other faction that refused to recognize the Ethiopians constitution as the law of the land. On Eritrea he wants to play soccer games with them in order to solve the border issue all in all the TPLF policy haunt change a bit.

Its part of the TPLF agenda in the upcoming talks in South sudan juba. All his other polices on Somalia and the religious uprising in Ethiopia are the exact same policies of Meles zanawi.
