They did vote every one voted just half of dhahar district didn't vote and half of Buhoodle district and taleex district. The rest of Somaliland voted Lawya cade to hadaaftimo from hadaaftimo to burco from burco to caynabo from caynabo to berbera from berbera to borama from borama oodweyne from oodweyne to oog from adhicadeeye to laascaanood from gambadhe to xudun. Muse Biixi was born in Hargeysa faisal cali waraabe was born in hargeysa. Dr gaboose is a Somalilander but born in Somalia. Daahir rayaale kahin was born in Ethiopia but is an Ethnic Somalilander.

Baligubadle is inhabited mainly by one sub clan. still Kulmiye and Ucid received thousands of vote there. the SL aint that simple as you potray it.

Gheelle, there are diffrent cousins who are candidates in the diffrent parties. like Wadani, Kulmiye, Ucid, etc. We will know after couple days which one of the cousins has received enough votes.

Kulmiye won the Lughaya district xaqsoor second and Ucid last Lughaya district is awdal region.
