Also right after that when he started mentioning ports he went with Bosaso first, I think he was going to talk about taxes and how he believed they were holding out while taking from Mogadishu but he took the smart road instead, you can't say two inflammatory things like that

But federalism is voluntary, all of these regions that are against it, can opt for a provincial administration.

i don't think that works in the long term having provincial admins and semi autonomous states , dalku marka wuxu noqonaya dal kala si jeeda. Time will tell whether the people establish federal states or not the next four years in Somalia will be crucial.
