Liibaan Posted November 5, 2012 KHaatumo State and Puntland are two neighboring states in Somalia. Like New York & Pennsylvania or California & Oregon. Many people in SSC region use to say "We wait when Cadde Muuse is removed from the power disgracefully". However, now after the the establishment of Khaatumo State, the majority of SSC are not interested whether Faroole is removed from power or not.
