General Duke Posted November 4, 2012 I would say that Maryan Qasim inclusion is great. It seems the major clan groupings each got a big portfolio. Mogadishu got Ministry of Interior & security. Garowe got Finance & Planning. Badoa got Defence. However the secessionist getting ministry of foreign affairs was bad. However maybe Fiwziyo will change her mind & stance since she got a new job.
