Bluelicious Posted October 22, 2012 WhatsApp is a good app I would recommend. I have it on my phone (not a Samsung Galaxy) but it's also available for android. Khadafi Posted October 23, 2012 Highly recommend Rebtel&Viber&skype Tango. Rebtel has the cheapest VOI-app that gives you the ability to call from the internet.
