Jacaylbaro Posted October 21, 2012 Today, 43 years ago was a remarkable day for all Somalis in the world. While most of the Somalis applauded for the change hoping it will bring prospective, it was actually the beginning of the end of what was that time "Somalia". We witnessed the events and we are living with the results now.

Xaaji Xunjuf Posted October 21, 2012 First 10 years were great the Somali democratic republic was thriving economically Militarily politically socially the country was in good shape for the first time. Somalis had a written alphabet the iska wax u qabso projects of the country made sure people can really make a change. The last 10 years were disastrous for the country after we returned from the Ethiopian Somali war. The country was in a economical crisis we were living out of hand outs from the west the country was facing many problems at that time. We broke with the soviets, nepotism clanism continued for a while rebels started organizing themselves and the rest we know.

oba hiloowlow Posted October 21, 2012 Che no 91 wasn't a good day for none of us. Tan kale 91 was the day the middle/high class in xamar felt the civil war and had to leave their homes while many somalis in puntland, galgaduud and waqooyi somalia had been facing xasuuq 10 years before. Macallinka why pretend your uncle came with the idea about kacaan Salaad Gebeyre Kediye were the mastermind behind the kacaan and you know what happened to him..
