Kismayo admin set up talks is well underway ...as to Kenya and its involvement, when a country hosts close to 1 million, influential plus 2 more million with the same ethnic background, it is not surprising that country is trying to influence and bring that leverage to bear... Kenya is operating within the AMISOM framework, which is much better than Ethiopian's in Baydhabo and Beledweyne who refused to wear the AMISOM hats.
