We should work towards a census immediately, create the institutions and framework, all liberated Somali areas should have a census, however not all of Somalia free, this is like creating a degmo out of thin air like Sheikh Shariif did, and you claim Mogadishu is the capital of all Somalis, lol. The Capital City of the Nation The status of the capital city of Somalia shall be determined in the constitutional review process, and the two houses of the Somali Federal Parliament shall enact a special law with regards to this issue. Today Somali forces are in Balidoogle, Balcad and Merka, and you are talking about Dayniile. A census is a comprehensive nationwide survey, not a city survey. It is done to survey the population for adequate representation, not just security. As if Xamar is having a security problem today. Where are these people being surveyed, whose houses are they in, you just can't even admit the most reasonable arguments due to qabiil nature. Today a survey is being carried out in stolen properties, we are in a day where it is xalaal to occupy a house.
