Here is my expectation : 1) preserve the transitional constitution, help complete/clarify constitutional issues left for the post transition government, and organize a referendum on new dastuur on 2016 2) help form other Somali federal states 3) support the Kismayo initiative that is underway in Kismayo and Nairobi 4) engage Somaliland on the outstanding issues 5) strengthen Puntland relationship with Mogadishu Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Border less Clan Federalism is not easy thing to do and this is something for parliament and group expertise should work on.
