President Hassan Sheik Muhammud of Somalia, Paul Kagame of Rwanda, South Sudan's leader Salva Kiir and Kenya's Mwai Kibaki are already in the country to join Ugandans for tomorrow's golden jubilee celebrations. Other Presidents expected in Uganda include Egypt's Mohhamed Morsi and Ethiopian Prime Minister Haille Mariam Dessaleg
