Anyway, the purpose of cultural night is for all the African language classes to showcase the culture and language they're studying, which for me happens to be Amharic. I hate everything about public performances (I'd rather give a speech than do something that reminds me of middle school drama class) but participation is part of my grade. There's a beginner's Somali class this year so I wonder what they'll be doing, I just hope I don't get pulled into their skit as a volunteer last minute lol
