That's what happens when you learn Somali in qurbaha surrounded by people from Somaliweyn. I have a beige accent as a result, but it's still better than yours

I used that nasty 'Cold' as an excuse not to go work today, and whilst I was at it I quit too

guys,

if you accuse someone of something which is really true but very offensive, should you blame yourself, if they stop talking to you?

yes, apologize for being mean...we all have faults...

Lafahaa is Af Soomaali used in NFD. It means sidee tahey but in one word. You reply with wey taxan yihiin.

lafahaa is a short form for "are your bones intact" and you reply "wey taxan yihiin" - still stringed together. kkkk

''So why are [people of color] not filling the ranks of the Anarchist movement? What it is that prevents those people of color that have been feeling the brunt of police brutality, and have been living off the scraps of what capitalism leaves behind, why have they not joined the movement?

The answer is simple: because is not their movement. It can never be their movement while it is being created by and for white middle-class kids with a Jesus complex who think they can save the world (or the ones with Buddha complex who think they can get wet by talking about water). You cannot hustle the movement and you cannot hustle the people. Revolution is not a game in which you can pretend to listen to the voice of the people of color only when is convenient and shut them off when they start questioning your privilege.''

just came back from suuq hoose and there wasn't much happening there. a little disappointed by this as Fridays have the huge potential of becoming a day to do shopping but the suuq was completely deserted.
