Oba Aideed and his ruthless militia took over Baydhabo in 1992, they looted and blocked all the shipments of Aid to reach the city and as result the worst famine in somali history took place. Hence Westerners coined the name "City of death" for Baidoa at that time and at the end the Americans had to get involved to allow food aid to reach the people of Baydhabo.

 

 

P.S: Perhaps this is the sort of history that Kaydmedia would love to overshadow but i doubt they can, considering it's magnitude and the fact that it was well documented throughout the world.

Peasant bro you can't just blame Caydiid for the famine that took place in Bay and Bakool because we've heard Morgan himself saying that '' Bakhaarada Cuntada ayaanu dhacnaa''.. Keydmedia maybe are a little partial, but im learning a lot from these videos things i didn't know before.
