The ironic bit was that apparently Djibouti helped Somalia with the hand-over and Presidential transfer protocol. Did Ismaciil Cumar Geelle hand anything over or were they tutored by a foreign third nation.

 

Somalia lost practically everything 43 years have been a long time. That's when the last Presidential 'hand-over' and transfer of power occurred.
