Somalia Posted September 14, 2012 Laascaanood is occupied by pro-Somaliland locals, and unless Khaatumo movement wants to fight its own clan, it seems that the only way of getting it back is through reconciliation, cause you best believe Puntland will not free it nor can Khaatumo on its own.
