He should adress the following issues in the speech,

 

1. Shariif Sakiin is not from D and M.

 

2. Stop supporting Al Shabaab.

 

3. Stop wearing Pakistani clothes.

 

4. Stop calling Maxatiri people Maryooley.

 

5. Stop calling my people Moryaan.

 

6.Stop marrying more then 4 wives.

 

7. Stop calling every guy a Sheick, even if he marries you a 5th wive,

 

8. Stop saying that your girl/friend/collegue tried to use magic(sixir) on you

 

9.Stop talking about your farms and farming, cause we never have seen

you farming.

 

10.Stop this little disputes about few meter farmland.

 

Start farming again!
