Even if he needs a stop over, Djibouti is the most ideal place politically. If not that, Turkey but that might raise some eyebrows of some people that he needs at the moments. He didn't even congratulate the new president, then sending a junior delegation to caleemasaarkii. No doubt he wanted Shariifka, a yes-man for him.
