So even if they wanted to help it wouldn't work. You cant use Somaliland solutions for Somalia you need to have a Somalia solution for Somalia's problems. Carafaat Posted September 12, 2012 Somali elders know no boundries. They have mediated so many times in conflicts around the Somali penisula.
