Somalia Posted September 9, 2012 I'm pretty aware of Abdi Iley and what he did to get to the 'top' post in the region, his actions were mostly continuous, I agree with you, they should withdraw troops back to their bases and border posts. And ONLF should unlike last time it was a legitimate political party start developing the region, economically, politically and militarily before passing an independence referendum so it has something to batter with.
