General Duke Posted September 7, 2012 ^^^^Like he stated he was a long term Civil Servant, has a good educational background and is a thinker. He has extensive knowledge about Somalia's past government as he served from the mid 60's to the early 1980's. A tough no nonsense individual. I have met him many times in London as a child and adult and always found him to be a good man, well versed in looking at the Somali dilema, and has respect from his community...
