"I would rather go back to teaching than have this guy become Somalia's finance minister. We didn't work hard to clean this country up for no reason" was last word heard from Abdiweli. yesterday I found information that Farmaajo is in deep negotiation with shariif xasan team to see what they can work out. Shariif Xasan's demands are still the same. He wants the finance minister postion. we will tell you what comes out of the talks. . Nairobi people are saying the conversation is headed by Dr Qasim. one thing that fadhikudir reported that will be obstacle to any deal is Amin Amir's past relentless attacks against Shariif Xasan which Shariif Xasan knew was orchestrated by Dr. Qasim who is a friend of Amin Amir. Mooge Posted September 3, 2012 yunus, why would fadhikudirir pick on nice farmaajo when there is big fish to fry ninyoow. make sense. to update more, these talks are underway and farmajo actually made the offer is the latest info we have. will Sakiini get offer that is better somewhere else perhabs at shariif ahmed camp?, god knows. sakiin is a man who changes his mind instantly and is always looking for opportunity so i won't be surprised if he rejects farmaajo's offer in search of a better one from shariif's camp. i will give you lot more information soon. Sharif xasan is also married to a woman from Qanyare's sub clan so if that clan is brokering negotiation, it confirms fadhikudirir news. fadhikudirir is hardly wrong. farmaajo is in deep negotiation with Sakiin. Mooge Posted September 4, 2012 according to fadhikudirir, a deal hasn't been reached yet. sakiin wants much more than finance minister which farmajo is willing to give but sakiiin knows he has to lift farmaajo up so much since farmaajo doesn't have many MPs to start with so he is bargaining for much more than finance minister. he wants some of his team to be also given higher posts.
