How is it possible that -block is the same size, or smaller than Shariff Sakin's tribe? How is it possible that the tribe of SSC gets 8 seats, knowing fully that they should be getting over 25 seats. How is it possible that the the tribe gets only 12 seats, when they should get 35 seats, if not more? How is it possible that tribes that do not have more than 50,000 people living in Somalia have the same amount of seats as tribes that inhabit vast regions with over million in population?
