Mooge Posted August 13, 2012 ngonge, it was really combined effort but progress is from the govement and the goverment is led by the prime minister. shariif is not head of goverment but he can say I appointed all of those who run the goverment. so you are right that he can share all their glory because he appointed all of them. lol.
