abdiweli made sure that the new Parliament will be a parliament of quality. So one of the requirement which is part of the Road Map is to select MPs based on education, character, 30% must be women, etc, etc.

 

shariif xasan never liked that to begin with. so there was a showdown and he challenges Minister Xoosh off the record but someone recorded it with iphone. check out the conversation:
