the otther issue is politics. abdiweli wishes all the khatumo mps to vote him and abdikariim wants all them to vote for shariif because he will get a minister if that happens. so there is politics playing going on.

abwaan, faroole and abdiweli don't like each other. if you see a meeting that takes 3 hours in nairobi to resolve their difference it is serious. faroole waxyaalo badan bu tabanayey oo abdiweli kaga so horjeeday. everything they talked about was how the mps from puntland would vote for abdiweli becuase there were rumors that faroole was going to support some other candidate.
