Dr_Osman Posted August 7, 2012 I am proud Puntlander. I have proper govt.. I have 37 cities and town and 8 regions. I have an effective security apparatus that includes a military, police, special police unit, intelligence services, marines, and airforce. We have all the needed institutions like parliament, presidential palace, ministries, universities, research facilities, national crime institutes, police-army-marine institutes and an effective education and health system that is developing fast.
