What did I do, I just stated facts, you are not comfortable with facts, I noticed, even had my moryaan killing thread removed because you said it was political... as if the killing didn't have political consequences.

To be honoust towards Shariif. We have to admit his achievements. And most important achievement is to rally political support for the TFG among a Somali population that was divided and many even opposed the TFG. While today most Somalis support it.

 

He should have translated that political capital to crush AL Shabaab in Somalia and chase them through political strategy from the towns they occupy. rather then waiting for military support from foreigners.

Shariif has misappropriated money. Shariif is not a charismatic leader or who one displays a can do attitude. That said he's not a divisive figure and he seems to want to get along with most factions in the chaotic country. It would be better to replace him.

Shariif's biggest asset is his personality, he does not offend people and he is not driven by clan sentiments and that's evident from his inner circle. He had bad advisers in his early days at the helm but now he seems to have passed that stage. Good luck to him.
